Whew, it’s been a rough year in so many ways for so many people. Fear, illness, loss, isolation, anxiety, depression, job loss, financial stress, discrimination, threats, a whole new way of living and being. We’ve ALL been struggling in one way or another and it’s taken a toll. Time to take a deep breath, let it all out, and start a fresh year with a whole new set of hopes, priorities, goals, and gratitude for ourselves, our families, our communities, our country, our world. We can each do a little something in a small way to improve all of these. Here’s hoping for a better one.
